Next-Generation MacBook Pro and MacBook Air Delayed
Apple fans anticipating a more powerful laptop will have to wait a bit longer. According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, the M3 MacBook Pro is expected to debut in early 2024, followed by the M3 MacBook Air a few months later. Previously, Gurman had speculated that the MacBook Air with the new M3 chip could be released as early as October.
Gurman reveals that the 13-inch and 15-inch M3 MacBook Air models are currently in the engineering verification test (EVT) stage. Meanwhile, the M3 MacBook Pros are progressing well and are nearing mass production. Additionally, Apple is also working on even more powerful variations, including the M3 Pro and M3 Max, which are slated for release in the first half of 2024.
