New Goosebumps Show Coming to Hulu and Disney+

In time for Halloween, a new show based on R.L. Stine’s spooky Goosebumps books is set to haunt Hulu and Disney+. The show connects a group of kids who experience familiar horrors from the books due to their family history. While tonally different from the original 90s Goosebumps show, there are some returning favorites like the Haunted Mask and Slappy. The cast includes Justin Long and a new crew of teens played by Zack Morris, Isa Briones, Miles McKenna, Ana Yi Puig, and Will Price. The series is developed by Nicholas Stoller and Rob Letterman.

The 10-part series will release five episodes on October 13 as part of Hulu’s Huluween celebration and Disney+’s “Hallowstream.” The first two episodes will also air on Freeform as part of its “31 Nights of Halloween” programming.
