Introducing Microsoft Copilot Pro

Microsoft has unveiled Copilot Pro, a new premium subscription service for its Copilot AI. With the tagline, “If Clippy went to get his PhD,” Copilot Pro is targeted at power users and creators. For a monthly fee of $20, users gain access to advanced features and priority access to OpenAI’s GPT-4 Turbo during peak times.

Enhanced Features for Creators and Coders

Copilot Pro offers enhanced features to assist creators and coders in their tasks. One of the notable additions is the Image Creator, which provides faster image creation with better detail compared to the previous Bing Image Creator. Another anticipated feature is the upcoming launch of Copilot GPT Builder, empowering users to build their own Copilot GPT through simple instructions (release date yet to be announced).

Making Copilot Mobile

In response to the growing demand for on-the-go AI assistance, Microsoft has introduced the Copilot mobile app. It can now be downloaded from the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store, allowing users to access Copilot services anywhere, anytime. This mobile app aims to consolidate Copilot queries previously split across different devices.

Copilot for Microsoft 365

Microsoft has also removed the purchase minimum rule of 300 seats for Copilot integration with Microsoft 365. This change is beneficial for small businesses that previously faced limitations due to the required minimum purchase. Additionally, the Microsoft 365 mobile app will support Copilot, enabling users to export content directly to Word or PDF documents within the app.
