However, another Russian oligarch, Eduard Khudainatov, claims ownership of the vessel. The superyacht was originally seized by Fiji authorities during the conflict with Ukraine and is now in California. Several other superyachts owned by sanctioned Russian billionaires have also been frozen or seized by Western countries.
