A family in Mississippi arrived at the funeral home to find a stranger in their loved one’s casket. The funeral home had mistakenly placed another deceased woman in the casket and had dressed her in the family’s loved one’s clothes and jewelry. Despite the family’s concerns, the funeral director was rude and unhelpful, demanding that they pay for everything all over again. Thankfully, the mistake was discovered before the casket was closed and the wrong woman was accidentally buried. The funeral home agreed to purchase new clothes for the deceased woman, but did not switch the casket. As of now, the funeral home has not responded to requests for comment.
