Netflix Adds Iconic Game Dead Cells to Its Library
Netflix has added the critically acclaimed game Dead Cells to its library. As part of the “Netflix & Thrill” Halloween promotion, Netflix announced Dead Cells: Netflix Edition, which combines elements of Metroidvania and roguelike genres. The game offers a sprawling world with procedurally generated maps and a fresh challenge with each run. Netflix subscribers can access Dead Cells on iOS and Android devices, with its release expected before Halloween. Netflix also revealed an enhanced version of the game Slayaway Camp, titled Slayaway Camp: Netflix & Kill, which features puzzles and slaying camp counselors. Additionally, there are rumors of an animated game adaptation in the works for Netflix.
