The 1stAI Machine: An Innovative Device for AI-Generated Video Editing
The 1stAI Machine is a prototype physical device for AI-generated video editing. It was developed by SpecialGuestX and 1stAveMachine using Runway ML’s software. The device features physical dials and knobs to control different input styles and treatments. It has eight displays, including a full-color LCD screen and smaller black-and-white screens for storyboards. Users can select storyboards as source material, and Runway’s Gen-2 AI model applies transformations to create a 30-second video. The machine also has a music selector and allows users to choose from different genres of AI-generated soundtracks. While the 1stAI Machine is not currently for sale, there is potential for a more advanced version in the future.
