DalMoros Fresh Pasta To Go Opens in Delray Beach
The long-awaited opening of DalMoros Fresh Pasta To Go in Delray Beach has finally arrived. This is the fourth franchise of the popular fast-casual fresh pasta concept in the U.S. and the first in South Florida. The restaurant, located at 439 E. Atlantic Ave, offers a wide variety of fresh pasta and homemade sauces made from scratch.
Customers can enjoy their meals on the outdoor seating of the 400-square-foot to-go restaurant. Passersby can also catch a glimpse of the signature Fresh Pasta machine in the window, which churns out fresh pastas all day. Each meal is served in to-go boxes and ready within minutes.
The menu includes delicious toppings, garlic bread sticks, polpettes (meatballs), tiramisu, soft drinks, beer and wine, as well as gluten-friendly options. There are also plans for third-party delivery in the near future, making it even more convenient for customers.
DalMoros Franchisee David Caruso expressed his excitement about the opening, stating, “We are absolutely thrilled to finally open in Delray Beach and officially kick off our South Florida expansion. We’ve achieved great success in the Greater Tampa market, and we have no doubt we’ll be successful in the vibrant South Florida region as well. DalMoros was originally founded by Gabriele Dal Moro in Venice, Italy in 2012. It currently has locations in Italy, Canada, St. Petersburg, Tampa, and Sarasota. The U.S. franchise team, led by David Caruso and his family, has plans to expand the franchise across Florida, with upcoming openings in West Palm Beach and Downtown Orlando. The ultimate goal is to have DalMoros locations across the entire U.S.
