What You Need to Microwave a Baked Potato:
- Potatoes (Russet or Idaho)
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Rinse the potato under cold water and remove any dirt.
- Poke holes all over the potato with a fork or knife.
- Drizzle olive oil over the potato and massage it in.
- Season the potato with salt and pepper.
- Place the potato on a microwave-safe plate and cook on high for 4 minutes.
- Check the potato with a fork and flip it over. Cook for another 2 minutes if needed.
