Bacon Fried Corn: A Simple and Delicious Side Dish

It’s as easy as cooking the bacon until crispy and then frying the corn in the bacon grease. You can also add extra flavor with ingredients like green onions, cilantro, and spices.

Ingredients:

  • 4 strips of bacon, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 cups of corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro (or parsley)

Directions:

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set it on paper towels to drain and crumble it.
